Fantastic Family Stay in Shanghai

Our family enjoyed a delightful 4-night stay. The café offered a diverse menu, perfect for our tastes, and the concierge provided great local tips! Rooms comfortable and clean. Pro tip, carry cash for local transport as some services may not accept credit cards.

This stay included a very comfortable bed and pillows, making for a restful night. Additionally, breakfast was excellent and conveniently served, contributing to a great start each day. However, accessing certain amenities felt limited, and the staff's responsiveness varied, leaving some requests unaddressed. The noise from nearby businesses during the night slightly disrupted my rest.

The hotel felt oppressive and outdated, with poor breakfast options that didn't match expectations. I was disappointed by the lack of comfort and quality during my short stay.

The hotel boasts a plush bar with live music, an excellent swimming pool, and a convenient ATM. Plus, the Japanese food street right across the street is amazing! I loved the late checkout option. it made my stay feel extra special.

The Radisson Collection Hotel, Yangtze Shanghai features spacious common areas with elegant decor that is both modern and welcoming. The accessibility for seniors is commendable, as elevators and ramps made navigating the hotel effortless and enjoyable.

More seating options in lobby for seniors would help.

It felt like they really cared about keeping it tidy. I appreciated the late checkout option, too. Perfect place to relax after a day out.
